The MEY Return Policy is as follows. 

For incorrect sizes or damaged product, we will provide an exchangeof product.

We will accept product back if you require a different size, or if there was a manufacturing issue.

Please Note - The customer is responsible for providing photo-proof of damage.

The customer will be responsible for the shipping required to send product back to MEY in it's original condition. At the customer's request, we will send back a new product (shipping fees paid by MEY).
